Burke has over 30 years of experience building custom homes. He has won many awards as the owner and president of Ideal Custom Homes Inc. Burke was even recognized in 2004, as Builder of the Year, by the local Building Contractors Association. He has built a reputation of Excellence, Value and Integrity.

Katie has grown up with the company and has experience working side by side with clients as they make decisions on their home. With a bit of background in design as well, not only is she able to talk you through the bottom line, she's happy to lend you her 'eye'!

Jake has grown up with the company. He now manages our framing crew and site work. He is pursuing his business management degree now to work along side Burke as his career

Our Company

Burke and Kathy Deal have dedicated their lives to the things that matter. Their greatest achievement is their marriage and three beautiful children. Next is crafting homes of distinction that honor the people who own them and inspire excellence in a neighborhood. IDEAL Custom Homes Inc. began in 1992, with the idea that limiting the number of homes built and maintaining on-site controls would help ensure the process. IDEAL Custom Homes Inc. is among the region's premier builders.

Our forte is difficult structures and specialized craftsmanship. In the years that IDEAL Custom Homes Inc. has been in business, we have created many masterpieces and are excited about doing many more. We enjoy hand framing which creates magnificent angles, charming nooks and spaces that are not possible with conventional framing systems. We use extensive detailing with trim and mill work and have multitudes of ideas to make the most of your home.
